I started working in photography at age 16 in Monterey bay, California. I had a mentor who was a big influence in my technique and style and through them I was able to realize my skills and potential. At the time we had only film to work with, so I developed all my own work and even had my own dark room.
By the time I was 18 years old I was doing shoots for friends and family and through other networking opportunities I was able to capture weddings, graduations and other family events to the point I was able to pay my way through college. I started advertising through the yellow pages but thanks to the help of social media platforms I am able to reach a wider audience and quickly get my work noticed more often.
I have worked with people from all walks of life, from families, to couples, singles and kids. Through these mediums I have developed a charisma that helps put my subjects at ease and easily snap their experiences in real time. Customer service is a big part of my job and I love the personal universes I am invited into and the different variations of personalities I get to experience through my work.
